DIE SHOP
With our well equipped state-of-the art die shop comprising of modern Technology CNC machines, Wire cut machines and EDM machines, we have the capacity to manufacture any type of complicated die for extruding process. With our extensive design know-how and the latest precision machining with Superior CNC capabilities, we ensure that the dies we produce are highly Accurate to prove that the dies are the heart of the extrusion process

Our advanced pre-treatment technology using the world’s best chemicals, curing ovens with close temperature control and reciprocated automatic guns for accurate and controlled coating thickness ensures proper coverage of all corners and crevices. The final testing laboratory is equipped with all modern equipment to check impact resistance, gloss level, coating thickness, powder curing and salt resistance.
